Insulating glass ( Double glazing glass)

Insulating glass is made of two-sheets or multi-sheets of glass, and  the units are sealed by two process of sealing with high strength together with aluminum spacer.

Characteristics:

♦ Energy saving: very low U value (=1.0w/m²k) could be less if filled with inert gas, thus reduce the heat transfer coefficient

♦ Noise reduction: could reduce 30 decibels and diminish 5 decibel more if filled with inner gas

♦ Anti-dew under even the temperature below -70°C

♦ Under the conditions of same insulation effect, insulating glass can increase the lighting area, enhance interior comfort and   

   simplify the building structure

Applications:

♦ Windows and doors in architecture

♦ Windows for train, airplane and ship

♦ Refrigerator/ Freezer glass door

♦ Curtain wall

♦ Glass types: float glass, solar glass, solar control coated glass, tempered glass, Low-E glass

♦ Gas types: air, argon and other inert gases

♦ Air space gap: 6A, 9A, 12A, 15A, 16A, 22A

Thickness: 3-19mm ( single glass)
